Place bet on Player, Banker, Tie, Player-Tie or Banker-Tie.
Player can only place insurance side bet if any of the following criterions is met:
a) If “Player” 2-card hand score is greater or equal to “Player” initial minimum score
b) If “Banker” 2-card hand score must be greater than “Player” hand score; and greater or equal to “Banker” minimum score; and “Player” or “Banker” needs to draw a third card
c) If “Player” 2/3-card hand score is greater than the “Banker” hand score; and greater or equal to the “Player” minimum score; and “Banker” needs to draw a third card
